Levi's Case Study

The epitome of classic American style and effortless cool, Levi Strauss & Co is synonymous with quality and design. For over seven years Valley have supported the Levi’s teams in San Francisco and Brussels to deliver brand personality with impact across their international store estate.
Collaborating together on campaigns which captivate shoppers, we help Levi’s build brand affiliation deep into the heart of customers. Valley have supported in the creation and delivery of Levi’s in-store brand proposition across EMEA, progressing to sole supplier across all print, exterior POS and semi-permanent solutions.

Valley’s precise project planning consistently delivers highly visual campaigns with impact. From International flagship store launches including Regent Street and Champs-Élysées, through to complex Holiday campaigns across 500 stores in 22 countries we regularly manage in excess of over 4,000 individual campaign components.

Creative in-store footfall driving initiatives were a key part of the store design, such as the addition of Levi’s in-store ‘Tailor Shops’. Offering customers the opportunity to customise, personalise and repair their apparel through bespoke sewing workshops enhancing the premium crafted aesthetic of the stores.

Levi’s partnered with Valley on the POPAI sustainability award winning Levi’s Recycling Project which included re-purposing 1000 banners from stores and saving 2400m2 of HDPE (high density polyethylene) destined for landfill. Working alongside Belgium sustainability brand Nowa, window banners were re purposed to create purses and wallets, a truly innovative solution to further extend the life of campaign components.

“The Valley team has an outstanding service ethic, looking after our retail delivery across 500 stores in 22 countries with faultless accuracy.”
