We explored new, innovative retail concepts from the likes of Ffern, who took us on a journey through scent in sustainable environment. Fortnum and Mason who are creating studios within retail spaces to amplify in-store events, and master bookmakers Assouline who served us a luxurious cultural experience. We learned how brands are connecting with youth audiences, creating retail galleries and seamlessly uniting omnichannel across physical and digital spaces.
