With retailers in full festive swing, we embark on a Retail Walk through London to see how brands and retailers are fairing in this critical trading period. As the season with the biggest marketing budgets to deliver the ‘wow’, we analyse who’s winning (and losing) in the battle of the shopper. The findings are insightful, capturing a vivid snapshot of the Christmas retail landscape in 2023.
In a unique collaboration, Xbox has teamed up with the whimsical world of Wonka Chocolate, creating a gaming device that’s as sweet as it is entertaining. This super tasty collaboration merges the joy of gaming with the enchantment of Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory. Xbox enthusiasts can now enter a sweepstake tied to the upcoming Wonka film launch, to win a variety of limited edition Xbox prizes, including a golden wrapped fully edible (non functional!) Xbox Series X controller, complete with multi flavoured chocolate truffles inspired by the controllers buttons.

Glossier 'Realms of You' Pop Up

The Glossier ‘Realms of You’ immersive experience pop up on Regent St, is another great example of the brand truly understanding its customer and what it needs to do to create hype. Located in a prime, high footfall location, the deep red curtained window display- along with queue outside, drives intrigue. Once through the doors the experience reveals itself through a series of rooms, each focussing on a sensory emotion delivered through visual and sound led storytelling. In the final room there is a ban on photography, which means this part of the room stays secretive- something you can’t find on social media and can only experience in person. In our view it is also the most memorable part of the experience. So what’s the secret? We can reveal….
