Project Manager
Location: UK
We’re on the lookout for an experienced, proactive Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role, overseeing the production of permanent in-store displays from concept through to delivery for some of the world’s biggest brands.
You will coordinate internal teams, suppliers and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage end-to-end production of permanent in-store displays, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and retailer guidelines.
•Liaise with clients, designers, suppliers and installers to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth running of projects.
•Prepare project briefs, production schedules and status reports.
•Monitor quality control and compliance with retail and safety standards.
•Identify risks, escalate where necessary and implement mitigation plans.
•Support continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
Requirements:
•Proven experience in project management within retail marketing, experiential or production environments.
•Strong understanding of in-store display production, materials and installation processes.
•Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Clarity).
•Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
•Knowledge of health & safety and retail compliance standards.
