							<p>The wearables category is evolving rapidly, with over half of UK adults now using a device, consumer expectations have shifted beyond simple activity tracking towards deeper, more meaningful health insights. 
WHOOP sits at the forefront of this shift, offering a screenless wearable that captures and analyses biometric data to deliver personalised guidance to the wearer around sleep, strain and recovery. <p />
<p>Their retail challenge was clear, how do you bring this sophisticated, data-led proposition to life in physical retail, in a way that is both engaging and easy to understand?<p />
<p>Located in the ground floor atrium of Peter Jones in Sloane Square, the project demanded a premium and accessible solution. The space needed to sit comfortably alongside luxury brands while introducing WHOOP to a new audience, most of who will have never experienced the product in real life before.<p />
<p>Framing the experience within a “New Year, New You” mindset created a perfect opportunity to engage shoppers seeking proactive approaches to wellbeing, while positioning WHOOP as a tool for everyday performance, not just elite athletes.<p />						</div>

Rather than overwhelming shoppers with technical detail, the journey was carefully zoned to guide understanding step by step. Digital touchpoints communicated the “why” behind WHOOP, delivering personalised, digestible content, while physical elements such as jewelry style presentation grounded the experience in familiarity.<p />
<p>A relaxation pod offering guided breathwork sessions, allows customers to experience the benefits of recovery first-hand and gives them a reason to visit the store. Throughout the space, premium materials, soft lighting and a simplified layout ensured the environment felt elevated, with product given room to breathe.<p /><p>Flexibility and longevity were also key considerations. Modular components, interchangeable graphics and remotely updatable digital content allowed the display to evolve alongside the brand. Practical details such as accessible stock, tactile band displays and durable finishes, ensured the experience worked seamlessly in a high-footfall retail setting.<p />
<p>The activation successfully positioned WHOOP for a broader audience, driving engagement and education within a relatively new category. Increased interaction with physical products, particularly bands, highlighted the value of in-store experience, while continued customer demand following the activation reinforced its effectiveness. 
A great example of how thoughtful retail design can transform digital promise into physical proof, building shopper confidence and driving conversion.<p />

							<p>The wearables category is evolving rapidly, with over half of UK adults now using a device, consumer expectations have shifted beyond simple activity tracking towards deeper, more meaningful health insights. 
WHOOP sits at the forefront of this shift, offering a screenless wearable that captures and analyses biometric data to deliver personalised guidance to the wearer around sleep, strain and recovery. <p />
<p>Their retail challenge was clear, how do you bring this sophisticated, data-led proposition to life in physical retail, in a way that is both engaging and easy to understand?<p />
<p>Located in the ground floor atrium of Peter Jones in Sloane Square, the project demanded a premium and accessible solution. The space needed to sit comfortably alongside luxury brands while introducing WHOOP to a new audience, most of who will have never experienced the product in real life before.<p />
<p>Framing the experience within a “New Year, New You” mindset created a perfect opportunity to engage shoppers seeking proactive approaches to wellbeing, while positioning WHOOP as a tool for everyday performance, not just elite athletes.<p />						</div>

Rather than overwhelming shoppers with technical detail, the journey was carefully zoned to guide understanding step by step. Digital touchpoints communicated the “why” behind WHOOP, delivering personalised, digestible content, while physical elements such as jewelry style presentation grounded the experience in familiarity.<p />
<p>A relaxation pod offering guided breathwork sessions, allows customers to experience the benefits of recovery first-hand and gives them a reason to visit the store. Throughout the space, premium materials, soft lighting and a simplified layout ensured the environment felt elevated, with product given room to breathe.<p /><p>Flexibility and longevity were also key considerations. Modular components, interchangeable graphics and remotely updatable digital content allowed the display to evolve alongside the brand. Practical details such as accessible stock, tactile band displays and durable finishes, ensured the experience worked seamlessly in a high-footfall retail setting.<p />
<p>The activation successfully positioned WHOOP for a broader audience, driving engagement and education within a relatively new category. Increased interaction with physical products, particularly bands, highlighted the value of in-store experience, while continued customer demand following the activation reinforced its effectiveness. 
A great example of how thoughtful retail design can transform digital promise into physical proof, building shopper confidence and driving conversion.<p />

							<p>The wearables category is evolving rapidly, with over half of UK adults now using a device, consumer expectations have shifted beyond simple activity tracking towards deeper, more meaningful health insights. 
WHOOP sits at the forefront of this shift, offering a screenless wearable that captures and analyses biometric data to deliver personalised guidance to the wearer around sleep, strain and recovery. <p />
<p>Their retail challenge was clear, how do you bring this sophisticated, data-led proposition to life in physical retail, in a way that is both engaging and easy to understand?<p />
<p>Located in the ground floor atrium of Peter Jones in Sloane Square, the project demanded a premium and accessible solution. The space needed to sit comfortably alongside luxury brands while introducing WHOOP to a new audience, most of who will have never experienced the product in real life before.<p />
<p>Framing the experience within a “New Year, New You” mindset created a perfect opportunity to engage shoppers seeking proactive approaches to wellbeing, while positioning WHOOP as a tool for everyday performance, not just elite athletes.<p />						</div>

Rather than overwhelming shoppers with technical detail, the journey was carefully zoned to guide understanding step by step. Digital touchpoints communicated the “why” behind WHOOP, delivering personalised, digestible content, while physical elements such as jewelry style presentation grounded the experience in familiarity.<p />
<p>A relaxation pod offering guided breathwork sessions, allows customers to experience the benefits of recovery first-hand and gives them a reason to visit the store. Throughout the space, premium materials, soft lighting and a simplified layout ensured the environment felt elevated, with product given room to breathe.<p /><p>Flexibility and longevity were also key considerations. Modular components, interchangeable graphics and remotely updatable digital content allowed the display to evolve alongside the brand. Practical details such as accessible stock, tactile band displays and durable finishes, ensured the experience worked seamlessly in a high-footfall retail setting.<p />
<p>The activation successfully positioned WHOOP for a broader audience, driving engagement and education within a relatively new category. Increased interaction with physical products, particularly bands, highlighted the value of in-store experience, while continued customer demand following the activation reinforced its effectiveness. 
A great example of how thoughtful retail design can transform digital promise into physical proof, building shopper confidence and driving conversion.<p />

Digital touchpoints communicated the “why” behind WHOOP, delivering personalised, digestible content, while physical elements such as jewelry style presentation grounded the experience in familiarity.<p />
<p>A relaxation pod offering guided breathwork sessions, allows customers to experience the benefits of recovery first-hand and gives them a reason to visit the store. Throughout the space, premium materials, soft lighting and a simplified layout ensured the environment felt elevated, with product given room to breathe.<p /><p>Flexibility and longevity were also key considerations. Modular components, interchangeable graphics and remotely updatable digital content allowed the display to evolve alongside the brand. Practical details such as accessible stock, tactile band displays and durable finishes, ensured the experience worked seamlessly in a high-footfall retail setting.<p />
<p>The activation successfully positioned WHOOP for a broader audience, driving engagement and education within a relatively new category. Increased interaction with physical products, particularly bands, highlighted the value of in-store experience, while continued customer demand following the activation reinforced its effectiveness. 
A great example of how thoughtful retail design can transform digital promise into physical proof, building shopper confidence and driving conversion.<p />

WHOOP sits at the forefront of this shift, offering a screenless wearable that captures and analyses biometric data to deliver personalised guidance to the wearer around sleep, strain and recovery. <p />
<p>Their retail challenge was clear, how do you bring this sophisticated, data-led proposition to life in physical retail, in a way that is both engaging and easy to understand?<p />
<p>Located in the ground floor atrium of Peter Jones in Sloane Square, the project demanded a premium and accessible solution. The space needed to sit comfortably alongside luxury brands while introducing WHOOP to a new audience, most of who will have never experienced the product in real life before.<p />
<p>Framing the experience within a “New Year, New You” mindset created a perfect opportunity to engage shoppers seeking proactive approaches to wellbeing, while positioning WHOOP as a tool for everyday performance, not just elite athletes.<p />						</div>

Rather than overwhelming shoppers with technical detail, the journey was carefully zoned to guide understanding step by step. Digital touchpoints communicated the “why” behind WHOOP, delivering personalised, digestible content, while physical elements such as jewelry style presentation grounded the experience in familiarity.<p />
<p>A relaxation pod offering guided breathwork sessions, allows customers to experience the benefits of recovery first-hand and gives them a reason to visit the store. Throughout the space, premium materials, soft lighting and a simplified layout ensured the environment felt elevated, with product given room to breathe.<p /><p>Flexibility and longevity were also key considerations. Modular components, interchangeable graphics and remotely updatable digital content allowed the display to evolve alongside the brand. Practical details such as accessible stock, tactile band displays and durable finishes, ensured the experience worked seamlessly in a high-footfall retail setting.<p />
<p>The activation successfully positioned WHOOP for a broader audience, driving engagement and education within a relatively new category. Increased interaction with physical products, particularly bands, highlighted the value of in-store experience, while continued customer demand following the activation reinforced its effectiveness. 
A great example of how thoughtful retail design can transform digital promise into physical proof, building shopper confidence and driving conversion.<p />

							<p>The wearables category is evolving rapidly, with over half of UK adults now using a device, consumer expectations have shifted beyond simple activity tracking towards deeper, more meaningful health insights. 
WHOOP sits at the forefront of this shift, offering a screenless wearable that captures and analyses biometric data to deliver personalised guidance to the wearer around sleep, strain and recovery. <p />
<p>Their retail challenge was clear, how do you bring this sophisticated, data-led proposition to life in physical retail, in a way that is both engaging and easy to understand?<p />
<p>Located in the ground floor atrium of Peter Jones in Sloane Square, the project demanded a premium and accessible solution. The space needed to sit comfortably alongside luxury brands while introducing WHOOP to a new audience, most of who will have never experienced the product in real life before.<p />
<p>Framing the experience within a “New Year, New You” mindset created a perfect opportunity to engage shoppers seeking proactive approaches to wellbeing, while positioning WHOOP as a tool for everyday performance, not just elite athletes.<p />						</div>
